I recommend booking a custom 90 minute facial. Every treatment is tailored specifically to your skin, goals, and concerns after a full consultation and skin analysis. 90 minutes gives enough time to address all your skincare needs.
How often should I get a facial?
I typically recommend facials every 4–6 weeks depending on your skin goals.
How often should I get a Brazilian wax?
Most clients return every 4–6 weeks for best results and consistency.
How often should I receive Reiki?
Reiki is a deeply personal experience. Some clients come monthly, while others schedule sessions seasonally or during periods of transition, stress, or emotional processing. Many clients benefit from sessions every 6 weeks to 3 months.
Are your facials customized?
Yes. Every facial is fully customized to your skin type, concerns, sensitivities, and desired results. I blend corrective skincare with restorative relaxation and nervous system support.
Is Reiki religious?
No. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice intended to support relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance. It is not tied to any religion.
Can I combine Reiki with skincare treatments?
Absolutely. Reiki can beautifully complement facial treatments by encouraging relaxation, stress reduction, and deeper mind-body connection during your service.
What if I’ve never had a facial, Reiki session, or energy work before?
You are always welcome here exactly as you are. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and informed throughout your experience.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is the life force energy that flows through all of us. Reiki is hands-on healing through universal energy. Benefits may include deep relaxation, relief from anxiety, reduced pain, and a greater sense of balance and peace. Many people report feeling lighter after reiki sessions.
There is nothing you need to do during your session. Relax and lay on top of or underneath the covers, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Sessions may include an invocation ritual, smoke cleanse, sound healing, mantra, and occasionally breath-work depending on the client’s needs.
Each session is intuitively guided and personalized to your energy needs. At the end of your treatment, we’ll review what came through and offer insight.
Brazilian Wax Aftercare
Immediately After Your Brazilian Wax:
No hot showers, saunas, or steam rooms for 24 hours
Avoid tight clothing that may trap heat and sweat
Avoid activities that cause sweating for 24 hours
Avoid exfoliation for 48–72 hours
Keep the area clean, dry, and free from friction
Soothe the skin using recommended oils or serums
Facial & Chemical Peel Aftercare
Immediately After Your Facial or Chemical Peel:
Avoid touching your face to minimize transferring bacteria, dirt, and oils
Change your pillowcase the evening of your treatment
Steer clear of harsh stubs and exfoliants
Skip the gym, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours
Wear SPF daily and avoid prolonged sun exposure
Stay hydrated to support your skin’s barrier function
Reiki Healing Aftercare
Immediately After Reiki Healing:
Allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and process. Journaling, mediation, slow movement such as yoga, stretching or a nature walk is encouraged
Stay hydrated to support energetic flow, healing, and detoxification
Limit alcohol, caffeine, and overstimulation when possible
A cleansing bath with epsom salts may help support added relaxation
